*Ballet 2-Advanced Beginning (Ages 7 & Up)

This class consists of barre, stretching, center floor practice and across the floor combinations. Safe movement practices, joy of movement, and respect for individual learning styles and body types are emphasized.

*Ballet 4-Int/Adv

Level 4 Intermediate/ Beginning Pointe 90 minutes & 30 minutes in pre pointe Intermediate/ Beginning Pointe Part 1 – beginning in the fall and continuing Part 2 in the spring sessions. In this Level students have mastered Level 1 and have the physical strength and attributes to begin dancing on pointe. Dancers in this level begin introducing more complex steps and learning how to refine the mechanics behind the movement in which they are executing. Classes still continue to focus on terminology, musicality, flexibility and technique. Fall and Spring session classes will also include a .5 hour of beginning pointe held once a week directly following class as well as prepare for Fall and End of the Year Performances. Depending on dancers goals, maturity and physical ability. Dancers at this level are encouraged to take 5-6 classes per week in order to gain a proper foundation needed for future levels.

*Ballet 3- Adv. Beg/Low Int

Level 3 Adv. Beginning Intermediate & Pre Pointe Preparation 60 minutes & 30 minutes in pre pointe Beginning Intermediate & Pre Pointe Preparation Part 1 – beginning in the fall and continuing Part 2 in the spring sessions. In this Level students have mastered Level 1 & 2 and are now ready to begin introducing more complex steps and learning how to refine the mechanics behind the movement in which they are executing. In addition, classes will continue to focus on terminology, musicality, flexibility and technique. Fall and Spring session classes will also prepare for Fall and End of the Year Performances. Dancers at this level are encouraged to take 3 classes per week in order to gain a proper foundation needed for future levels.

*Ballet Beginning (Ages 8 & Up)

Dancers learn basic ballet positions and movements. Each class begins at the barre, then progresses to center work and locomoting across the floor. A great class for the true beginner, or for the dancer who wants to get back to basics.

Ballet Adult/Teen Beginning (Ages 13 & Up)

Dancers learn basic ballet positions and movements. Each class begins at the barre, then progresses to center work and locomoting across the floor. A great class for the true beginner, or for the dancer who wants to get back to basics.

Ballet Open Levels 3,4 – Low Int-Adv (Ages 11 & Up)

This class is designed for the trained dancer. The class is designed to strengthen each dancers ballet technique. The class incorporates an intermediate to advanced ballet barre as well as progressions and center floor work. Strength and flexibility, turns and jumps as well as classical steps and technique are integrated into this class as well.

Ballet 4,5- Int/Adv

90 minutes Ballet, 30 minutes Pointe. Dancers must be at a strong Intermediate technique level or higher to take this class. Dancers that are not on Pointe may continue to take and use the last 30 minutes as a strengthening or pointe prep. This class will use two of classes from a class card.

Ballet Open Levels 2,3,4 Adv.Beg-Adv (Ages 9 & Up)

This class is designed for the trained dancer. The class is designed to strengthen each dancers ballet technique. The class incorporates an intermediate to advanced ballet barre as well as progressions and center floor work. Strength and flexibility, turns and jumps as well as classical steps and technique are integrated into this class as well.

*Performance Hip Hop

This class is for those who want to perform but with little commitment. Dancers must take the performance class and one technique class in the correct genre.

*Hip Hop Beginning (Ages 6 & Up)

If you are young or not so young and want to learn some Hip Hop moves or even how to groove on the dance floor, you should try this class. This level introduces popping, glides and slides, basic choreography, and teaches students how to listen and dance to the back beats, accents, and groove of the music.

Hip Hop Adv Beg/low Int (Ages 9 & Up)

If you are young or not so young and want to learn some Hip Hop moves or even how to groove on the dance floor, you should try this class. This level introduces popping, glides and slides, basic choreography, and teaches students how to listen and dance to the back beats, accents, and groove of the music.

Hip Hop Adult Beginning (Ages 18 & Up)

This level introduces popping, glides and slides, basic choreography, and teaches students how to listen and dance to the back beats, accents, and groove of the music.

Hip Hop Intermediate (Ages 11 & Up)

Got your basic Hip Hop skills down and ready to learn choreography a little faster? Then come join us!

Hip Hop All Levels-2,3,4 (Ages 9 & Up)

Because this is an all levels class we will be working on perfecting basic skills, musicality and choreography.

*Jazz Beginning (Ages 6 & Up)

This class is a fun and energetic introduction into jazz. The class will incorporate basic jazz technique, stretching and strengthening, and basic choreography.

Lyrical Advanced Beginning (Ages 8 & Up)

*Musical Theater Dance 1,2 (Ages 8 & Up)

This class helps students with some of the basic dance steps commonly used in musicals. During the Fall session this class will perform in our Dec 17th show at 2 & 4:30pm. Learn to soft shoe one week, pony the next and who can forget about the infamous box step.

*Performance Jazz

This class is for those who want to perform but with little commitment. Dancers must take the performance class and one technique class in the correct genre.

*Performance Contemporary/Lyrical

This class is for those who want to perform but with little commitment. Dancers must take the performance class and one technique class in the correct genre.

*Tap Beginning (Ages 6 & Up)

These classes teach the basics of tap shuffles, flaps, paddles, thirds, time steps and much more. Students are introduced to flash steps. All the while students work on understanding triplets, syncopations, counter rhythms and down beat. Dancers receive an introduction to the different styles of tap, hoofin’, rhythm and Broadway to name a few.

*Performance Tap

This class is for those who want to perform but with little commitment. Dancers must take the performance class and one technique class in the correct genre.

Tap Flash & Turns All Levels (All Ages)

Tap Intermediate/Advanced (Ages 11 & Up)

If you want fun challenging combinations in several different styles of tap then you need to come join this class!  This class will keep you up to date with the world of tap and what’s new and fresh.  Not to mention fun is always had!

Tap Intermediate (Ages 9 & Up)

The intermediate level continues to work on the basic steps with focus on faster and cleaner sounds.  More complex rhythms, combinations and more difficult flash are taught.  

Tap Adult/Teen Beginning (Ages 13 & Up)

Tap Adv.Beg/Low Int (Ages 11 & Up)

This class is perfect for those of you who have little or some experience in tap and are looking to continue tapping and improve your skills while having fun.  Each class will contain tips on how to make sounds cleaner and easier to execute.  Short combinations will be taught to challenge your memory!

Tap All Levels 1,2,3- Beg-low Int (All Ages)

The main focus is fun! This class is taught to many levels. Combinations or exercise are first shown at a beginning level (or the lowest level in the class) and then more advanced options are given for those more experienced dancers. The goal of the class is improving individual technique and skill level.

Zumba All Levels (Ages 16 & Up)

Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.


All students must have a signed liability waiver on file
